Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Matrix Environmental Group, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services Provided

Matrix Environmental Group provides professional environmental, health, and safety consulting services including:

• Environmental site assessments
• Asbestos and mold testing
• Industrial hygiene services
• Air quality testing
• Thermal imaging services
• Compliance consulting

Professional Standards

All services are performed in accordance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Our team maintains appropriate certifications and licenses required for the services provided.

Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services that gave rise to the claim. We maintain professional liability insurance as required by law.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Ensuring safe access to testing locations
• Timely payment of invoices
• Compliance with recommendations and regulations

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and testing results. Information is only shared with authorized personnel and as required by law.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
